Speaker Bio Caroline is a 20-year veteran of the technology industry. She engages students and professionals across all backgrounds to uncover career pathways that speak to their talents and passions. She successfully built and sold two-award winning technology services businesses, served on several higher education and business task forces, advised and mentored hundreds of students on science and technology careers, as well as helped build a blended digital learning pilot program at University of New England. In her practice, Career CoolHunter, she calls herself a Career Agent because she goes beyond coaching to help her clients curate digital learning pathways and facilitate meaningful connections with disruptive industry experts and talent professionals. Her clients come from all over the country. When she is not coaching from her home office in Portland she can found meeting with industry experts or inviting students to join her at industry meetups, hackathons, business and academic conferences covering everything from Cyber Security, Blockchain, Machine Learning to Augmented Reality.
