  SMMUG started in 2009 in Portland ME, as a way for IT professionals to get together and learn from industry experts, exchange technical knowledge and connect with people who share similar interests. SMMUG originally stood for Southern Maine Microsoft User Group, and has since evolved and offers presentation/discussions on all technologies. Now we simply go by SMMUG.
