We are looking for a self-starting problem solver who creates business value and increases operating margins by leading and empowering teams of people who value continuous learning, sharing and experimentation. The role will focus on leading a team of developers, testers, and business analysts, who design, develop, test, and deploy CGIâ€™s Intelligent Migration Platform and Intelligent Automation, that will be leveraged by CGI Migration Services team to support client migration projects. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced value-focused Agile team to develop and enhance the migration platform to meet our client needs.
This role must be located in Waterville, ME.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
â€¢ Lead local a team to develop, enhance, maintain, and support CGIâ€™s Intelligent Migration Platform and Intelligent Automation
â€¢ Translate business strategies into CGIâ€™s Intelligent Migration Platform roadmaps and capabilities
â€¢ Collaborate across the enterprise, networking and sharing knowledge
â€¢ Create weekly status progress updates
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
â€¢ Understanding of how value is created across the enterprise
â€¢ 5+ years of demonstrated leadership and strategy experience
â€¢ Ability to lead with onshore and offshore teams in a DevOps and Agile manner
â€¢ Ability to work at an enterprise level with senior leaders
â€¢ Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly and reprioritize in a rapidly changing work environment
â€¢ Experience with ambiguous and complex technology-oriented projects
â€¢ Basic management experience, will have oversight of 1 Business Analyst and up to 3 Developers and will need to coach, lead and motivate them (opportunity for team growth)
â€¢ Who is familiar with content/file/data migrations; at least has a basic understanding of it.
â€¢ Familiar with RPA as a technology; at least has a basic understanding of it.
â€¢ Has knowledge of the Agile methodology and has practiced it
â€¢ Has knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and has practiced it
â€¢ Has the capacity to be customer facing and perform some business development
â€¢ Lastly, has great emotional intelligence
