A best practices discussion around business and technology factors to consider when implementing an end-to-end VDI solution.  Included are customer case studies and Dell’s best practice methodology for implementing VDI.  Gorham Savings Bank’s XenDesktop implementation will be discussed as well.

The presentation will explore best practices for migrating to an off-premises virtualized environment, discussing various levels of cloud services that businesses can use, business reasons to move to cloud service such as equipment capitalization and business continuity, what to look for in a data center provider, and migration and deployment paths.
